Too busy to workout? C'mon...if Obama has time, so do you!


I know we all have extremely busy lives and often our lack of time becomes an excuse to miss workouts. In my little fitness obsessed world, I try to ALWAYS make time in my day for my workouts...ALWAYS. No matter what comes up, no matter what. Working out and staying in shape is that important to me. So, I thought about it and honestly, who could be busier right now than President Obama? The man is the leader of the free world. One of the things I have always respected about Obama is his commitment to his daily workout routine.

He plays basketball and puts in an additional 45-60 minute workout, 6 days a week. He claims it sets the tone for his entire day, giving him the energy and mental clarity he needs in order to deal with the world's problems.
I hear people make excuses all the time of not having enough time to workout. I think if the man in charge of a country can fit his daily workout in, so can you!

My physical fitness sets the tone for everything I do every day. I train hard and try to never miss a workout. I try to bring this same intensity and commitment to everything I do.

Make your workouts a priority. Make them more important than they have been. Consistently working out will help keep you focused and make you a better you in everything you do. Challenge yourself to commit to your daily workouts then tackle this challenge with the same intensity as you would anything else!
